School Cleaner

About The Role

The Cleaner role works Monday‑Friday from 16:30 to 18:30 (39 weeks per year) at Isleworth, Greater London (TW7 6AU). The hourly rate is £12.21 and pay is spread evenly across monthly payments.

• Deliver the cleaning specification on site and use the equipment supplied.
• Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within the first week.
• Provide a high standard of customer care through focused work during shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment, cleaning materials and replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience; we will train the successful candidate from scratch if you match our positive approach.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and with members of the public.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to the interview).
• DBS/enhanced DBS check required.
