Building Maintenance Engineer Kingston
My client is currently recruiting for a building maintenance engineer based in their site in Kingston. You will have electrical or mechanical qualification as well as experience in commercial maintenance.

Duties will include ppm and reactive maintenance including changing lamps/lights, emergency light test's, changing damaged socket cases, plant checks on pumps, motors, general plumbing duties and well as working with colleagues, escorting sub-contractors general paperwork.
Hours 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary is up to 40K with 1 in 9 call out £300.00 for being on call and money is called out as well as company benefits.
