Job location: Friars Bridge Court, 41‑43 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8NZ

Working hours: Monday – Friday 10pm – 6am (40 hrs per week)

Salary: £13.41 per hour

• Vacuum carpets and rugs in offices, corridors, and common areas
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors using appropriate cleaning solutions
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and dispensers
• Dust furniture, windowsills, baseboards, and accessible surfaces
• Clean glass doors, windows, and partitions
• Maintain cleanliness of break rooms and kitchen areas

• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals according to safety data sheets
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition
• Comply with infection control and sanitation standards

• Experience in commercial or office building cleaning
• Previous cleaning or custodial experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
• Knowledge of green cleaning practices and sustainable methods
• Bilingual communication skills (varies by location)
