- Monitoring and interrogating refrigeration systems using software technology
- Identifying repeat issues and sites, assessing, designing, and implementing strategies to mitigate risk
- Reducing the chance of further issues and improving overall service efficiency
- Supporting Air Conditioning and M&E PPM teams and contributing to cross-departmental alignment
- Mentoring and developing colleagues while showcasing technical expertise
Specific
Qualifications:
- C&G F-Gas 2079
- Full UK driving licence
- Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in refrigeration
- CO2 qualification or demonstrable experience in this area
- Familiarity with CO2 Packs such as Green & Cool, SCM, Advansor
- Hydrocarbon qualification – CARE (desirable)
Experience:
- Strong attention to detail when interpreting technical and work order data
- Proven ability to achieve first fix or temporary solutions to maximise equipment uptime
- Ability to work independently and plan your working day effectively
- Exceptional written reporting skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced IT skills for programming CO2 controls
- Significant experience in the retail or industrial refrigeration sector
- Commercial awareness to reduce repeat failures
