Location: Greater London
A facilities maintenance company in Greater London is seeking a PPM Engineer for a temporary to permanent role. Responsibilities include emergency lighting testing, monitoring flow/return temperatures, and servicing TMVs. Candidates must have strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems and the right to work in the UK. This is an opportunity to join a busy Local Authority Contract. The salary is up to £28,000 per annum based on 40 hours per week.
