We are currently seeking a Cleaner Supervisor to join their school team in Enfield. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, while also overseeing the work of a team of 8-10 cleaners.

• Supervise and support a team of 8-10 school cleaners.
• Ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained across the school.
• Carry out cleaning duties as required.
• Monitor stock and cleaning supplies.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and school policies.

• Previous experience as a cleaner supervisor, ideally in a school or similar environment.
• Mandatory DBS check (enhanced).
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.60 PAYE.
