A private household in Belgravia is seeking a proactive, self‑motivated, and discreet Handyperson/Chauffeur. You will be responsible for maintaining a primary luxury residence to a "pristine" standard, while also overseeing the general maintenance of three additional rental properties. Reporting directly to the House Manager, you will be the point person for all technical, aesthetic, and functional aspects of the estate.

• General Maintenance:
  Perform light repairs, interior/exterior painting, and jet washing of outdoor areas.
• Systems Oversight:
  Routine checks on IT/AV equipment, lighting systems, and recording monthly meter readings.
• Contractor Management:
  Supervise third‑party engineers (plumbers, electricians, etc), ensuring work meets household standards.
• Gardens & Exteriors:
  Basic garden upkeep and ensuring all external areas remain tidy.
• Driving:
  Part‑time driving duties as required for the principal or household needs.
• Emergency Response:
  Availability for emergency tasks, such as alarm call‑outs.

• Experience:
  
  Proven track record in a similar role (private household experience preferred) with excellent references.
• Technical Skill:
  Strong grasp of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Mindset:
  High attention to detail, discreet, and a "can‑do" attitude.
• Logistics:
  Must hold a valid, clean UK Driving Licence.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Well‑organised with the ability to provide clear weekly reports to the Property Manager.
