Night Cleaning Supervisor (Hands-On) – Central London

Permanent position | Monday to Friday | 7:00pm – 4:00am | 40 hours per week | £14.85 per hour

We are recruiting a hands‑on Night Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support the cleaning team at one of our prestigious client sites in Central London
. This role suits an experienced supervisor who is proactive, detail‑focused, and comfortable working alongside their team to maintain high standards.

• Supervise and actively participate in night cleaning operations in line with agreed specifications and industry standards
• Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with site instructions and safe systems of work
• Take responsibility for the quality and consistency of cleaning within your remit
• Deal with any issues or queries promptly and professionally
• Support the team to meet service level agreements
• Carry out additional cleaning duties within scope as required
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Cleaning Manager
