IIQAF Group is seeking a dependable and proactive Caretaker to maintain the safety, cleanliness, and daily upkeep of our hospitality properties in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for building maintenance, site security, basic repairs, and health & safety checks
, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong caretaking, facilities maintenance, and site management skills in a hospitality or service-based setting.

• Carry out daily caretaking and site maintenance duties
• Ensure buildings, grounds, and facilities are clean, safe, and operational
• Perform basic repairs and minor maintenance tasks
• Conduct routine health & safety inspections and compliance checks
• Open and secure premises, including locking/unlocking buildings
• Monitor contractors and report maintenance issues
• Support emergency and out-of-hours requirements when needed
• Maintain maintenance logs and site records

• Proven experience as a Caretaker, Facilities Assistant, or Site Operative
• Practical knowledge of basic maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage daily site responsibilities
• Strong reliability, time-management, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills

• Experience in the hospitality, hotel, or facilities management sector
• Basic trade skills (plumbing, electrical, or carpentry)
• Knowledge of COSHH and workplace safety procedures
