Engineering Shift Supervisor – Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services

Time: 42 hours – 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off

As a supervisor you will ensure all equipment and services are kept safe and function correctly. You will manage a team of engineers (day and shift) and be responsible for meeting KPIs, ensuring all scheduled maintenance is completed on time, prioritising statutory and mandatory tasks, and completing reactive tasks as required.

• City and Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent
• HVAP qualification & relevant HV experience
• IEE 18th Edition Regulations (ideal)
• ISOH managing safely
• Equivalent Mechanical qualifications with sufficient experience

Previous experience working within a critical environment such as a data centre is an advantage. You must have experience in all types of electrical installation and repair, carry out maintenance and installation tasks as required, use the provided uniform and PPE, and record work accurately using IT systems. You must also understand statutory compliance, be available for a call‑out rota, hold UK citizenship, and complete DV clearance.
