School Cleaning Supervisor

About The Role

At Atlas FM we are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our client’s premises. The role offers a chance to make a difference in a supportive team environment.

• Days and hours: Monday – Friday 14:30 – 18:30 (44 weeks per year)
• Hourly Rate: £14.15
• Location: Greater London, DA17 6HT

• Dedicate your time on site to go the extra mile and meet Atlas’ client needs.
• Complete induction and training within the first week, learning the cleaning specification and your responsibilities as a supervisor.
• Deliver high‑standard customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that consistently goes the extra mile.

• Enthusiastic, positive and friendly attitude.
• Local to the Greater London area.
• Have cleaning experience and the ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic spoken English – essential for safety and communication with staff and the public.
• Good social skills and a smile to deliver service.
• Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to interview).
• Enhanced DBS check required.
