Maintenance Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as a Maintenance Engineer. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems operate efficiently and remain in good repair. The technician ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces meet safety and quality standards to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• A minimum of two years' experience in hotel maintenance is required.

• Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, manual handling, heavy lifting, remove floor plates as and when necessary, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs
• Monitoring of RIU App and perform the requested task in a timely and professional manner.
• Carry out PPM works and record it.
• Carry out all Daily, Weekly and Monthly Safety Check and record it.
• Troubleshoot and repair the daily issues
• HSE Responsibility, Carry out all Maintenance H&S checks

• Gross salary per year: £28,564
• Annual leave: 28 days per year (Including public holidays).
