Cleaner – Golders Green – Immediate Start

Ventry Care is recruiting members of the domestic staff to join the housekeeping team at our residential care home in Golders Green – NW11 (London Borough of Barnet). We care for older persons and older persons with dementia.

Hourly rate starts at £12.25, with increases for excellent candidates. Benefits include:

Shift: 08:00 to 15:00, up to 6 days per week.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home.
• Clean and polish lounges, bedrooms, corridors, common rooms and offices.
• Wash, dry and pack away laundry.
• Perform carpet shampooing and spring cleaning tasks.
• Use electrical equipment safely (hoover, washing machine, dryer, iron, carpet cleaner).
• Ensure proper use and storage of materials, comply with COSHH requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment, aware of hazards.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and well maintained.
• Restock toiletries, soaps, towels etc. as required.
• Carry out other domestic tasks as directed.

• Experience is preferable but not essential.
• Self‑motivated and able to work well within a busy care home environment.
• Ability to follow instructions from management.
