Facilities Services, Hospitality, Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting

• Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that customer expectations are met.
• Provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
• Carry out contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship to ensure relevant standards are met.
• Ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.
• Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
• Work in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation.

• Commercial Combustion Gas Safe
  
  Qualifications:
  
  COCN1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, TCP1A, CCN1, CENWAT, and applicable domestic qualifications.
• Previous experience working within Facilities Management.
• Full clean driving licence.
• ECS/CSCS card is essential.
