• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order while meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge of designated cleaning area, determine when work needs to be carried out, and use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Complete all required training for the cleaning role.
• Work effectively within a team and maintain initiative.
• Build positive, productive relationships with all customers; deliver excellent customer service and continually seek improvement.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach and willingness to adapt.
• Open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
