Salary range from £28,000- £32,000 per annum, based on experience.

Shift Engineers in our team provide effective repair and preventative maintenance to ensure our hotel, grounds and facilities are kept in excellent condition.

• Maintain the building and grounds to the highest standard, without compromising the guest experience.
• Complete day‑to‑day maintenance requests.
• Ensure that all fixtures and fittings are maintained in perfect working condition and any defects are corrected promptly.
• Complete regular machinery testing and maintenance on the hotel machines and equipment.
• Responding to maintenance emergency calls from all departments.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good at multi‑tasking and being able to respond to changes in job priorities at short notice.
• Flexible approach, remaining calm under pressure and working hard to avoid disrupting our guests.
• You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.

• Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
• Plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills are a real advantage.
• 5‑star hotel experience in a similar role a plus.
