Demand Planner - FMCG

A high-growth food FMCG business with a strong heritage and ambitious five-year growth plans is strengthening its supply chain capability. Operating across the UK and Europe, the company has delivered consistent historic growth and is well positioned for continued expansion, supported by a stable, well-established planning function and a collaborative, forward-thinking culture. This role will lead the monthly demand forecasting process across UK and European markets, creating a single, robust demand plan to support commercial and operational decision-making.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain, youll analyse sales data, customer forecasts, promotions and new product activity to improve forecast accuracy and insight. Its a visible, influential role suited to a Demand Planner who enjoys working cross-functionally and contributing to a growing, dynamic FMCG environment.
