You will lead day‑to‑day supply planning and execution for assigned products and site(s). You will work closely with manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and commercial teams to make sure supply meets demand. We value clear communicators who solve problems simply and act with integrity. Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end supply planning and inventory management to meet customer and business needs.
- Create and maintain supply plans that balance demand, capacity and inventory targets.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve supply issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Track supply performance and drive continuous improvement using clear metrics and reporting.
- Manage risks to supply continuity and support change management for product or process changes.
- Communicate plans and escalations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in supply planning, inventory management, or production planning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using planning tools or ERP systems.
- Clear, concise communication skills and ability to work with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech or healthcare.
- Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of demand planning, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) or similar processes.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost optimisation.
- Experience working in hybrid or global team environments.
- Relevant professional certification in supply chain or operations (e.g., APICS).
This role is offered as a hybrid position with a mix of office and site‑based work. Exact days on site will be agreed with your manager to meet team and site needs.
