# Supply Chain Graduate Scheme 2026### We are looking for a high-potential, motivated graduate to join our graduate scheme starting September 2026. This two-year scheme aims to give you an accelerated route to the supply chain management level. Our graduate scheme is tailored to you and will give you experience in the 4 key areas of our supply chain:
* order management & customer service
* supply planning
* demand planning
* procurement
Selection process:
* Application and numerical reasoning test
* Online psychometric test
* Mini essay questions on supply chain and international trade
* Video interview
* In person interview and task on Thursday 23rd April 2026the ideal candidate:
* Good organisation skills, analytical and the ability to communicate effectively [verbally and in writing]
* The self-motivation to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving with changing priorities
* A 2:2 degree or equivalent
* The determination and commitment to be a future leader who can rise through our business
* Proactive at identifying issues as or before they arise
* Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines
