We Are Looking For a High‑potential, Motivated Graduate To Join Our Graduate Scheme Starting September 2026. This Two‑year Scheme Aims To Give You An Accelerated Route To The Supply Chain Management Level. Our Graduate Scheme Is Tailored To You And Will Give You Experience In The 4 Key Areas Of Our Supply Chain:

• order management & customer service
• supply planning
• demand planning
• procurement

• Application and numerical reasoning test
• Online psychometric test
• Mini essay questions on supply chain and international trade
• Video interview
• In person interview and task on Thursday 23rd April 2026

• Good organisation skills, analytical and the ability to communicate effectively [verbally and in writing]
• The self‑motivation to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving with changing priorities
• A 2:2 degree or equivalent
• The determination and commitment to be a future leader who can rise through our business
• Proactive at identifying issues as or before they arise
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines
