Yard Sale Pizza is on the search for a Delivery Cyclist to join our amazing team.

Pay rate effective from 1st April 2025

Yard Sale fired up the oven in 2014, starting with weekly supper clubs from our backyard in Hackney. We now offer delivery, dine-in and takeaway in 12 of our favourite neighbourhoods. Known for our collaborations, we’ve teamed up with illustrators, musicians, international chefs & local eateries‑all on the quest for the perfect pie!

We’ve won London’s most‑loved restaurant in Time Out’s 2016 Love London awards, were awarded Best Cheap Eats in the Observer Food Monthly Awards in 2017, and were voted London’s favourite pizza in Time Out’s inaugural Clash of the Slices in 2022.

We’re a young and fast‑growing company who offer plenty of career progression for hard working and talented individuals.

We’re buzzing to be opening our 11th Yard Sale Pizza in South East London’s Hither Green in November 2023. Bringing our award‑winning handmade, hand‑delivered pizzas to this stunning neighbourhood! We’ll be serving up London’s ultimate delivery pizza, all delivered by our amazing team of drivers through our in‑house delivery service, with seats for dine‑in customers.

• Paying £12.21 per hour starting from 1st April
• Opportunities to progress to Senior Cyclist Position
• Permanent contract - up to 5 shifts per week depending on the needs of the business
• All overtime is paid for
• Payment every 2 weeks
• Team Tips paid monthly based on how many hours you work
• Other bonus incentives and refer‑a‑friend scheme
• We’ll pay half of CBT for those interested to drive mopeds (Terms apply)
• With our in‑house Training programs you can become a manager or a pizza chef!
• E‑Bikes and weatherproof equipment provided
• Available to work Friday and Saturday evenings (shifts finish up to 11.30pm)

• Deliver pizzas to local residents across evenings and weekends
• Operate e‑bikes with top speeds of 25km/h
• Maintain excellent customer service during deliveries
• Option to complete CBT course and become a moped driver (CBT paid 50%)
• Participate in training programs to advance to management or pizza chef roles

• Must have cycling experience or love for cycling
• Working smartphone with data & good knowledge of local areas
• Delivery experience not essential but must have excellent customer service skills
• Applicants must be at least 17 years old
