Location: Greater London

As our Service & Data Excellence (SDE) Coordinator - Contact Lenses, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless service and data accuracy across our EMEA Supply Chain organization. Acting as the central link between fulfilment centres and business units, you’ll provide visibility on product availability, manage open orders, and support stakeholders with timely, reliable information. This is a 12-month fixed-term assignment based in London, offering you the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Acting as the coordination point between fulfilment centres, supply chain teams, and business units.
  • Monitoring and reporting on open orders, back orders, and service‑impacting delays.
  • Communicating order delays and supplier issues to customer service and supply chain teams.
  • Managing urgent service requests within agreed SLAs to protect customer commitments.
  • Collecting, consolidating, and validating SAP and BI data for service and availability reporting.
  • Supporting reporting automation and data preparation using Excel and Power Query tools.
  • Providing clear and timely information to stakeholders regarding service performance and order status.
What you’ll need
  • Experience in supply chain operations, customer service coordination, or data/reporting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, BI tools, and supply chain data.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query experience is a strong advantage).
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
