A Consumer healthcare company is looking for a Supply Chain Senior Officer managing all supply chain operations from product ordering to delivery. This role supports the stabilization of product supply in the European market, maintains appropriate inventory levels, and improves logistics cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Production & Supply Coordination:
Adjust production schedules and coordinate with suppliers to meet customer delivery deadlines and demand. - Inventory Management:
Understand demand forecasting, inventory planning, and factory production plans to minimize stockout and excess inventory risks. - Logistics & Distribution Management:
Formulate delivery plans for finished products and work with local forwarders to support efficient distribution to warehouses across the UK and EU. - Documentation & System Entry:
Create import/export-related documents using Excel and ensure accurate data entry into the SAP system. - Quality & Issue Resolution:
Liaise with various warehouses to promptly and appropriately address product damage or shipping issues to maintain quality standards. - Customer Support:
Provide quick and appropriate responses to customer orders and inquiries. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Input, collect, and analyze sales-related data using SAP and Excel to prepare internal reports. - Others:
Coordinate with couriers for sample shipments and order office supplies as required.
- Supply Chain
Experience:
Hands on experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, and import/export operations (Incoterms, I/V, P/L, B/L). - Systems & Data:
Experience with SAP or SCM systems; strong Excel skills (functions, Pivot tables) for analysis and reporting. - Execution:
High accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to plan, execute, and complete tasks efficiently. - Communication & Teamwork:
Business level English skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with HQ in Japan, factories, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Regulatory teams. - Compliance:
Strong integrity and adherence to relevant laws and internal regulations.
Mon to Fri 7.5hours (Hybrid working available)
