A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Korean-speaking Supply Chain Specialist to join a leading international beauty brand based in the heart of London. This is an ideal role for a motivated individual looking to further their career within supply chain and logistics in a fast-paced, global environment.

Your responsibilities will include:- Assisting with the development and maintenance of demand forecasts using sales, marketing, and inventory data.
- Supporting monthly S&OP meetings to align supply and demand across multiple markets.
- Coordinating with 3PL partners, warehouses, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery to retailers and customers.
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintaining and updating reports on shipment tracking, purchase orders, and inventory transactions.
- Assisting with SAP and POS system operations, including SKU creation, order entry, and product allocation.
- Preparing reports on forecast accuracy and supporting continuous process improvements within supply chain functions.
The ideal candidate will be a fluent Korean and English Speaker, with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive attitude. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working collaboratively across international teams.
Profile:- Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a supply chain, logistics, or demand planning role.
- Experience with SAP, POS, or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience within the beauty, FMCG, or retail sector is a plus.
- Must hold valid right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
