A leading law firm in London is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Secretary to join its busy and collaborative Corporate team. This is a replacement role offering the opportunity to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support within a fast-paced, professional environment.

The role will involve a variety of duties including document production, diary and inbox management, e-filing, arranging travel, processing timesheets, and liaising with clients to support fee earners on corporate transactions and general team administration.

The ideal candidate will have proven legal secretarial experience, preferably within Corporate law, along with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office. A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.

Working Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm, the firm offers hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and supportive team.
