The team is highly regarded for advising private equity clients and corporates on complex, high-value transactions, providing strategic antitrust and regulatory guidance on some of the most significant deals in the market. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with deep transactional antitrust experience to join a growing, market-leading practice.

The London Competition and Antitrust team is a prestigious, high-profile practice advising on a wide range of antitrust matters. Its work spans mergers, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and regulatory investigations, often involving multiple jurisdictions. The team is known for delivering strategic, commercially focused advice and works closely with colleagues across the US and other key markets, giving team members exposure to cross-border, high-stakes mandates.
The RoleThe Senior Associate will be involved in complex, high-value transactions and merger control matters, particularly for private equity clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting merger control filings with the CMA, EU Commission, and other regulators.
- Advising clients on competition law risks and strategic mitigation across transactional and regulatory contexts.
- Drafting and reviewing key transaction documents, regulatory submissions, and internal memos.
- Coordinating multi-jurisdictional teams and liaising with colleagues in the US and elsewhere.
