Overview

The London IP and Technology group of our client, an elite US firm, is now looking to hire a talented associate to join its market-leading practice. The role will be broad-ranging across significant, complex (often cutting-edge) cross-border transactions involving IP and technology and extending to IP licensing, data privacy and emerging technologies (notably including AI). The preferred candidate will have at least 3.5 years' post-qualified experience practising in another leading UK or US City IP and Technology practice, with strong transactional experience.
