We are seeking a reliable and professional Legal secretary to join our busy Litigation Department at our Norwich office. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within litigation law, who is looking to work in a friendly and supportive environment.
- Assisting fee earners with case preparation.
- Drafting legal documents.
- Preparing court bundles and managing correspondence.
- File management, dictation, maintaining accurate records.
- Handling billing accounts.
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties.
- Previous legal secretarial experience (Litigation Law desirable)
- Excellent typing and IT skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Permanent full-time (35 hours per week, Monday–Friday) or part-time position.
