Overview
A global financial services group is looking for a Senior Attorney to support complex transactions in Greater London. You will provide legal advice across leveraged finance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate, while managing the transaction lifecycle and supervising external counsel. The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of experience, particularly in leveraged finance and should have strong attention to detail and commercial judgment.
The role offers hybrid working arrangements.
