The RoleYou will join our Property department based in Chiswick and lead a dynamic team of conveyancers. We are looking for a senior lawyer with at least 10 years PQE at partner level who can support the continued growth of a busy and established practice. You should be able to demonstrate experience in dealing with both residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
The successful candidate should be committed, hardworking and will head up a dynamic team of conveyancers, so leadership experience is desirable. Dealing with high end matters, a following is also desirable but not a requirement. You will be required to participate in departmental and firm-wide marketing initiatives as well as maintaining client and referrer relationships.
You will manage a diverse caseload (residential and commercial) including but not limited to:
- sales and purchases;
- mortgages and re-mortgages;
- buy to let;
- freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Experience in business real estate transactions such as
- Property sales
- Lease agreements
- Property management
- Development projects
- Working with a range of clients including businesses, investors, developers
- Advise on a variety of high end residential and commercial property matters;
- Build and develop new and existing caseloads in commercial property matters;
- Draft required documentation;
- Provide excellent client care.
- Residential Property and Commercial Solicitor with at least 10 years PQE;
- Thorough technical experience across the full property lifecycle;
- An interest in business development.
- Commercial Property law experience is desirable
- Organised with excellent attention to detail;
- Experience with MS office applications, to include case management and legal systems;
- Excellent communication skills.
