An established and highly regarded Legal 500 criminal law firm is recruiting for an Accredited Police Station Representative to join its busy London-based criminal defence team. The role will be based from the firm’s Ilford/Stratford office and involve working closely with experienced fee earners on a diverse and engaging caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and committed individual looking to develop their career within a well-respected criminal law practice.

• Attend police stations
• Support fee earners across all aspects of criminal casework
• Legal research
• Case administration and document management
• Analysis of evidence and information
• Attending meetings with clients and counsel
• Assisting with court attendances
• Drafting witness statements

• Police Station Accreditation
• A strong working knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Good IT proficiency
• Commitment to delivering high standards of client care, providing quality legal advice, and maintaining a flexible and proactive approach to work

Suitable candidates may be considered for a training contract following a qualifying period.
