Solicitor; Family Law

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Solicitor to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be an experienced solicitor keen on fee earning, allowing unlimited earning potential.

You will manage your own caseload of family matters, providing high-quality advice and representation to clients. Cases will include:

• Divorce and separation
• Child arrangements and parental responsibility
• Domestic abuse matters

You will be expected to deliver excellent client care, contribute to the development of the family law team, and proactively build your own caseload with the support of the firm’s wider network.

• Managing a caseload of private family law matters from instruction to completion
• Advising clients with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
• Preparing legal documents and conducting advocacy where appropriate
• Meeting financial targets with fee-earning and billing responsibilities
• Developing client relationships and contributing to business development
