Location: Greater London

We are working with a top-tier UK law firm based in London for a Lawyer to join their Structured Finance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a growing Banking/Finance team, focusing on structured finance and securitisation. You would work on a mix of large, complex deals and smaller transactions, supporting clients including banks, investment funds, asset-based lenders, and corporate borrowers.

Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, preparing legal advice and memos, liaising with clients and counterpart law firms, and assisting with security documentation.

Essential Criteria :

1+ years’ PQE;
Qualified as a solicitor in England/Wales;
Banking/finance law background;
Strong academic background;
Technically excellent;
Team player;
Organisation skillsli>
Strong commercial awareness.
