A highly regarded boutique law firm in the West End is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary / PA to provide temporary support across their Private Wealth, Disputes and Family teams during a busy period.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, friendly firm known for its high-quality work, loyal clients and collaborative culture.

You’ll be supporting Partners and Fee Earners with a varied and fast-paced workload, including:

• Diary management, scheduling meetings and court dates
• Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
• Audio and copy typing
• File opening, billing and document management
• Liaising with clients, counsel and third parties
• General PA and administrative support

We’re keen to speak with experienced Legal Secretaries / PAs who:

• Have worked in Private Client, Family, Litigation or Disputes (or similar)
• Are confident supporting senior lawyers in a busy environment
• Have strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
• Are proactive, reliable and comfortable hitting the ground running
• Are available immediately or on short notice

• Boutique firm with a warm, supportive culture
• Exposure to interesting, high-quality private client work
• West End location with great transport links
• Strong possibility of extension or permanent opportunity
