Locum Education Lawyer – London Local Authority

3 month+ locum contract

£45 - £55 per hour (depending on experience)

A well-known London Local Authority is seeking an experienced Education Lawyer to join them on a locum basis.

• Join the London Council on an initial 3-month locum contract, with the likelihood of extension on a rolling basis.
• Attend the office approximately once per fortnight (negotiable).
• Attend tribunals as required.
• Manage a caseload of SEN cases, advise on education law, and work on SEND tribunals.

• Fully qualified and hold a current practising certificate (Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx).
• Experience managing SEN cases, advising on education law, and working on SEND tribunals.
• Experience in associated guidance is preferable.

This will be a great opportunity for a determined Education Lawyer to capitalise on their expertise, work independently, and take on a varied and interesting caseload.
