Residential Property Solicitor (1+ PQE) – Legal 500, City of London

About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a respected City practice that consistently ranks in the Legal 500. This role offers the chance to handle high-value, complex transactions while working with good paralegal and administrative support.

Working alongside an experienced Partner, you’ll take ownership of a varied caseload including:

• Sales and purchases of prime freehold and leasehold property
• Refinancing and re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Transactions for high-net-worth and international clients

You’ll gain exposure to premium residential property work in the City, while benefiting from a culture that genuinely values wellbeing, flexibility, and career progression.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ PQE in residential property/conveyancing
• Strong technical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent client-handling and communication abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and a desire to grow within a leading Legal 500 team

• Work on high-profile, complex transactions for HNWIs, developers, and international clients
