Associate Solicitor - Competition & Antitrust

We are working with a renowned national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Competition & Antitrust practice within their London office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an esteemed Competition team, supporting the firm’s global client base on all aspects of UK and cross-border competition law matters. The candidate will advise on matters such as multi-jurisdictional merger filings, cartel investigations, and regulatory appeals. The candidate will also have the opportunity to work on the NSI Act aspects of corporate transactions.

The candidate will play a key role in advising the firm’s highly reputable client base across the firm’s focus sectors, such as financial services, technology, and retail & consumer goods.

• 2-5 PQE
• Strong background in competition law, antitrust advisory, merger control, and investigations
• Outstanding academics
