The role

This is an opportunity for an experienced immigration lawyer to take ownership of a varied and demanding caseload, working directly with a broad range of clients including private clients, corporations, SMEs, high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Our client base spans established household names, fast-growing tech businesses, high profile VIPs and private individuals, offering exposure to the full spectrum of UK immigration work (including appeals).

You will manage matters end-to-end, from initial instruction through to resolution, exercising legal judgment, strategic thinking and a high level of personal responsibility. While the role is predominantly transactional, it requires a strong advisory mindset and a commitment to delivering work that is not only technically correct, but thoughtfully structured and client focused.

Our clients value partnership. Associates are expected to build trusted relationships, providing clear advice, anticipating issues and driving matters forward proactively.

This is a role for someone comfortable operating independently, managing volume without compromising quality, and taking ownership of outcomes. You will be supported by Managers and have administrative support. There will also be opportunities to participate in business development, firm-wide initiatives, government liaison and pro bono work as appropriate.
