Document Reviewer - Prospectus Drafting (Full-Time)
We are seeking an experienced Document Reviewer to assist with the drafting and review of prospectuses. This is an ongoing, full-time position with a potential start date of 9 February.
Key Responsibilities- Review and assist in the drafting of prospectuses and related capital markets documentation.
- Ensure disclosures are accurate, clear, and compliant with applicable regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with drafting teams and stakeholders to refine content and resolve issues.
- Provide high-quality written and technical input under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in capital markets and prospectus drafting/review.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and disclosure requirements.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Full-time, ongoing role. Potential start date: 9 February. This role is well-suited to detail-oriented professionals with a strong capital markets background who thrive in a fast-paced, document-focused environment.
