We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join a busy in-house Commercial Legal team within a global sports and media organisation. The team supports a wide range of revenue-generating commercial agreements and advises on brand, advertising, AI and data protection matters.
The role will involve:
- Assisting with drafting and negotiating media rights, content licences and commercial agreements
- Drafting and negotiating NDAs and maintaining contract records
- Supporting internal teams on ad hoc agreements, consumer terms and data protection matters
- Responding to day-to-day legal queries and assisting with contract management and legal research
About you:
- Paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
- Exposure to commercial contracts and some drafting experience
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent academics. Law degree (LLB or equivalent); postgraduate qualification preferred.
