Overview
Taylor Wessing is looking for a highly motivated Employment Adviser to join our dynamic Employment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global law firm that partners with some of the world’s most innovative businesses. You’ll play a key role in managing employment tribunal cases from start to finish, providing expert advice and delivering exceptional client service.

- Manage your own busy tribunal caseload from ACAS Early Conciliation through to final hearing.
- Draft risk assessments, compile disclosure, prepare witness statements, and handle all aspects of case preparation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice throughout the process.
- Proven experience as an Employment Paralegal or similar role within a law firm or equivalent setting.
- Extensive experience representing Respondents in employment tribunal litigation.
- Ability to independently manage a significant caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Hybrid working (Offering the opportunity to work remotely, while maintaining a social boundary by working from our award-winning offices for 3 days a week)
- Holiday (Our basic annual holiday entitlement starts at 25 days, with a further discretionary day of paid leave in December. You may also purchase up to five extra days each year (pro rata).
- Enhanced Maternity and Paternity leave (After one-year service, you are entitled to up to 26 weeks leave full pay if you or your partner give birth or adopt a child).
