A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Senior Counsel for a 12-month maternity cover. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the Central London office weekly, focusing on corporate advisory, compliance, and regulatory matters. Ideal candidates have at least 6 years' PQE, preferably in corporate law, but applications from banking & finance lawyers and those admitted in Commonwealth jurisdictions are welcomed.
