Overview
Our client are a well established operator and developer of oil, gas and renewables assets with a substantial commodities trading operation sitting alongside this. They are looking to recruit a lawyer as Senior Counsel - Energy M&A.
ResponsibilitiesYou will lead on a broad range of M&A and wider corporate finance matters in multiple jurisdictions. Someone with an interest and aptitude for commercial decision making will do really well here.
Qualifications- 10+ years of professional experience leading M&A transactions
- Qualified in either a common or civil law jurisdiction
- Commodities trading experience across any product particularly desirable
- Experience of oil / gas / mining deals advantageous
- Candidates outside of this range and profile will be considered
