TMT - Digital Infrastructure Senior Associate

A global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its established Intellectual Property & Telecoms (IPT) London team. The practice combines deep sector expertise with internationally recognised regulatory and commercial capability across digital networks, connectivity and infrastructure projects.

The team advises governments, regulators, investors, operators and technology clients across the full digital infrastructure ecosystem, including fibre networks, submarine cables, towers, data centres and MVNO/MVNE arrangements, covering commercial, regulatory and transactional matters.

The role offers responsibility on high-profile global matters, direct partner and client exposure, and involvement in both commercial and regulatory aspects of digital infrastructure and telecoms work. You will work on cross-border and UK transactions and advisory matters, engaging with sophisticated industry stakeholders and emerging technology trends.

We are looking for candidates with:

• 4+ years’ post-qualification experience gained at a leading international law firm
• Experience in digital infrastructure, telecoms, technology or related advisory/transactional work
• Strong drafting and technical skills across commercial and regulatory documentation
• Commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage matters with autonomy
