A leading UK law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its London office. The firm is known for delivering high-quality commercial legal advice across corporate transactions and has a strong reputation for client service and career development.

• Advise on a range of corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and general commercial matters.
• Manage transactions from due diligence through completion, ensuring timely and practical advice.
• Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation with accuracy and commercial insight.
• Contribute to client relationship management and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate across offices and teams to deliver cohesive, high-value legal advice.

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate/transactional work.
• Experience on corporate transactions, ideally with exposure to cross-border or private equity matters.
• Strong drafting, commercial judgment and ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Proactive, client-focused, and a collaborative team player.
