THE ROLEDerivatives and Structured Products Lawyer 1-3pqe to join a highly regarded derivatives and structured products practice.
As a member of a well established team you will be handling a varied and high level workload to include:
- Establishment and updating of on and off balance sheet structured products programmes
- Securitised and OTC derivatives
- Hedging arrangements as part of structured finance transactions
- Structured repo and securities lending arrangements and repackaging
