Location: Greater London
A highly ranked London based firm with a strong national presence, is searching for an associate to join their established Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters for clients including property developers, investors, occupiers and lenders.
Key responsibilities:- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of investment property, including sale and lease-back transactions.
- Negotiating leases and associated landlord and tenant documentation.
- Handling site acquisitions for development and investment, development agreements, and disposals.
- Reviewing and advising on title matters and heads of terms.
- Qulified solicitor (ideally 1-4 PQE).
- Strong experience in commercial property including Landlord & Tenant matters.
- Excellent training and development opportunities.
