Overview
We are looking for someone who has a variety of experience within Residential Conveyancing. Crown Law Solicitors are based in Morden and Wanstead. We have a strong loyal client base. Our fee earners are all specialists in their respective fields and act for a wide range of commercial and private sector clients. Our aim is to recruit a dynamic, forward-thinking individual who wishes to be part of our growth and who shares the firm’s core values
The candidate- You will have an excellent knowledge of all Residential Conveyancing matters, including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Build & Lease Extensions.
- Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of matters.
- 1-3+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
- Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters.
- Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development.
- Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships.
- Self‑motivated team player.
- Ambition to progress.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.

- Conveyancing Law Expertise – Strong knowledge of residential property law and transactions.
- Case Management – Experience handling multiple conveyancing cases independently.
- Communication Skills – Clear communication with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
- Attention to Detail – Accuracy in preparing legal documents and contracts.
- Client‑Focused – Delivering high‑quality service and managing client expectations.
- Problem‑Solving – Resolving title issues, boundary disputes, and delays.
- Organisational Skills – Efficiently managing timelines, deadlines, and documentation.
- IT Proficiency – Competent in using LEAP and other digital tools.
