• Handle your own caseload as well as assisting colleagues with more complex cases
• Work closely with specialist colleagues on everything from liability investigations to medical record reviews
• Instruct experts and Counsel, attend client and witness meetings, and support cases all the way to court
• Carry out legal research, prepare disclosure, and manage your own delegated tasks with confidence
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners
• Produce high-quality work independently, using case management systems and Microsoft Office with ease

• Knowledge of Housing disrepair cases and relevant law
• An understanding of personal injury law
• Familiarity with Pre-Action Protocols, CPR, and funding processes
• Sharp organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A commitment to exceptional client care
• Strong IT skills and experience with electronic case management systems
• Previous experience in a legal setting and confidence handling client contact
