Top 100 law firm with ambitious growth plans seeks to appoint a Contentious Trusts & Probate (CTP) Partner in London to join their national CTP practice.
Our client is financially robust, well respected and progressively minded with an exciting 2026 in prospect.
The firm's successful CTP team advises clients on a broad range of matters including all types of inheritance disputes including applications contesting the validity of wills, applications to remove Executors, claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975 and the rectification of Wills and breach of trust claims as well as contentious Court of Protection applications.
As an experienced CTP lawyer, you'll be comfortable acting on behalf of an established client base of private individuals and their families, landed clients and/or national charities. You'll have strong client care skills and a proven network, with an outward facing, commercial approach to driving workflow in this space.
You may be a partner looking for a better platform to fulfil your career ambitions. More autonomy, a team led, collegiate culture, resources to enable the support and expansion of your practice, better flexibility - all on offer here. Equally the firm would be interested to speak to experienced CTP specialists at Legal Director level looking for a partnership opportunity. The firm can support you in this next step of your career.
With an excellent platform for CTP work and a high performing non-contentious private wealth business in place, plus an inclusive and transparent partnership culture, this could be an excellent long-term option for you.
